Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a course clearly doesn’t match the description and you’ve completed less than 25% of it, contact us within 14 days for a refund review.
Can teams use ForgeWrite?

How long do I have access?
You receive lifetime access to purchased courses, including incremental updates that strengthen the curriculum over time.
Do I need prior experience?

How does the Fallows list work?
In the Catalog, click “Save to Fallows” to add a course to your tracked list (stored locally in your browser). You can annotate items with personal notes on the Fallows page.
Is support available after purchase?
Yes. Every course includes email support and access to our private community updates for 12 months after purchase.
Are certificates provided?
Upon completing 100% of a course you receive a downloadable certificate of completion with your name and the course title.
